Data we collect
Information entered in forms: name, company, email, phone, deadline, message, product configuration and uploaded artwork.
Why we process it
To answer enquiries, prepare quotes and proofs, fulfil orders, handle complaints and accounting. The legal bases include steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract and legitimate interest in correspondence.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed for service and claims. Order records are kept for periods required by tax and accounting law.
Recipients
Hosting, email, file storage, accounting, payment, delivery and production providers—only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
Files and security
Uploaded artwork is used for quoting and production. Administrative access is restricted and technical safeguards are applied.
